Insurance & Liability
All consignments are covered by the carriers limited liability.
What does that mean? Well unless additional insurance is
requested in writing our liabilities reflect that of the
carrier which in general are approximately £12.00 per kilo.

Glass, Ceramics, Mirrors or similar
Personal effects over 1 year old

Additionally there are items which the carriers insurance
will not accept under any circumstances and these are listed

Please note that requests for insurance must be submitted
using our "Request
for Insurance" form and faxed to our office on
0845 659 0067 by 16:30hrs
on the day of dispatch.
Failure to do so will mean that either;

If we are not aware that the goods require insurance then the goods will be dispatched without insurance or;

| b) |

If we are aware that the goods require insurance then
the goods will be held back at our depot for dispatch
until the following day (pending receipt of the "Request
for Insurance" form) |
