GSG Cargo launch new European Service
With the strength of the pound against the Euro it now means that exports to Europe are enjoying a significant resurgence. To support this and for our local customers only we have just launched a new economy service into Europe for single parcels up to 30 kgs - here's a sample of the rates;
| 1 kg to France | £15.35 + vat |
| 5 kgs to Austria | £20.00 + vat |
| 10 kgs to Spain | £25.50 + vat |
| 20 kgs to Germany | £22.00 + vat |
The charge may be based on either the actual gross weight or the volumetric weight, whichever the greater.
To calculate the volumetric weight of your parcel please use the following formula;
(Length cm x Height cm x Width cm) / 4000.
e.g. (60 x 50 x 40) / 4000 = 30 kgs
